The issuing Authorities and Samples of Their Stamps and Format of the Certificate of Origin of P.R. China will be updated
The first session of the 13th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China approved the institutional reform plan of the State Council, which specified the administration of issuance of certificates of origin of the People’s Republic of China has been transferred from General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine(AQSIQ) to GACC. In view of this, the issuing Authorities and Samples of their stamps and format of the Certificate of Origin of P.R. China will be updated. The updated version of Certificate of Origin will be issued from August 20th, 2018.
