Information on Human Resource training in P.R.China

1. Training courses target citizens of Georgia, not older than 50 years old;  

 

2. The Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the embassy of PRC in Georgia is responsible for 

sending invitations to ministries, cities and institutions, after choosing the candidate for trainings, 

all units should send written notice to the economic and commercial counselor’s office, no later than 15 days

 prior to beginning of appropriate seminar; 

 

3. After receiving registration form, applicants should go to The Economic and Commercial Counselor’s office

 for interview and fill in the training registration form, applicants must carry passport (original or copy) 

and 2 passport size photos,  after filling in and signing the training registration form, The Economic and 

Commercial Counselor’s office will send it to P.R.China;

 

4. After being interviewed and receiving final evaluation from the PRC, applicant should go to consulate 

office of the Embassy of PRC in Georgia for visa application. 

Note: visa fee is to be covered by the applicant. Holders of service or diplomatic passport do not need visa.

 

5. After finishing the procedures described above, the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s office will provide

 applicant with round-trip electronic ticket, training course introduction form and personal invitation letter.

 

6. Applicant must enter borders of P.R.China with valid passport, visa and invitation letter;

 

7. After arriving in destinated Chinese airport, applicant will be met by the organizers of thetraining, if not

 met by anybody after a long time wait, applicant should call the phone number of the training organizers, listed

 in the invitation letter;

 

8. Applicant should arrive at the airport two hours earlier, in order to avoid boarding wrong plane. During 

transits, if the plane is delayed for whether or any other reasons, applicant should immediately inform the 

Economic and Commercial Counselor’s office of the Embassy of P.R. China in Georgia, if our office will not be 

informed, the applicant shall cover all the added expenses by him/herself.

 

9. During training, the applicant must participate in events hosted by the training organizers; he/she is not 

allowed to pursue personal matters during such events.

 

10. P.R.China covers: round trip ticket fee, everyday pocket-money (about 12USD), fee forpublic events 

organized by trainers, accommodation and meal three times perday.
